This timeless technique class will educate you, entertain you, keep you informed and well, feed you way too well! CLASS PARTICIPATION- YOU CAN NOT FAIL!
WE will prep it for you, be by your side and of course, ask for volunteers.

Learn to cook: Shrimp, Clams, Mussels, Salmon,
Snapper, Scallops, Ahi, Halibut and more!
We will teach you how and when to shop for fish
and how to prepare it. We will poach, steam, bake, etc.,
with delicious sauces. And Dessert!

Please bring your libations of choice to enjoy.
