FIVE EASY DELICIOUS MEALS.
• Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Grilled Salmon;
• Grilled Halibut, Israeli Couscous Bowls with Vegetables and charred Vinaigrette;
• Quick Roasted Vegetable Pasta with Vodka Sauce;
• Lemon Roasted Chicken Thighs with Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables and Feta;
• Turkish Beef with Muhammara Flat bread (you could use a beef substitute or ground turkey);
• Bananas Foster Crisp a la mode (it is fabulous and I do not like raw bananas!).
Please bring your libations of choice to enjoy. No corkage fee, ever!
