Bring your girlfriends, your momma, your daughter, your partner, whatever and enjoy with us while we celebrate LOVE DAY. (Boy, do we need this!).
Your menu:
• My choice of appetizer!
• SALADE of Organic greens with golden roasted beets, warm lentils, bacon (optional) goat cheese over toast and a French Sherry Vinaigrette;
• Filet of Beef with Brandy Peppecorn Sauce OR FRESH HALIBIT;
• Truffade of Potatoes;
• Haricots Vert;
• and the dessert showstopper: COEUR A LA CRÈME WITH RASPBERRY LIME SAUCE.
