• Easy Peasy BRIOCHE CRUSTED FRESH SALMON;
• ROASTED GARLIC and PARMESAN LOCAL HALIBUT (in season!);
• SHRIMP with SUN DRIED TOMATOES;
• FISH SKEWERS with Lemon Caper Aioli:
• Hot LOCAL APPLE CAKE with WARM BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN SAUCE.
