My HAPPY HOLIDAYS APPETIZER CLASS
Join us for this special class and bring your favorite libation to enjoy while devouring the following:
• Cranberry Feta Puff Pastry Wreaths;
• Pimento Cheese Poppers;
• MONTE CRISTO SLIDERS - (breakfast, brunch or dinner!);
• Crostini with Roasted Shallot and Garlic Caesar Cream;
• Secret Sriracha Deviled Eggs/Deviled Eggs with a hint of Curry and Chutney;
• Filet of Beef Rumaki (with chestnut/green onion, bacon) with Artisan Bourbon Brown sugar reduction drizzle (no beef-tofu?):
• Crab Rangoon Wonton Cups with Sweet and Sour Sauce;
• Pork Satay with Asian Coconut Milk Glaze (no pork-tell me and we can do shrimp!).
•Dessert Bites:
• Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Bites (yummy and festive!):
