The Farmer and the Chef! 
Join Jessica Newell, owner Pepper Creek Organic Farm,
and Debbie D (chef and kind of in charge?)
for a fun educational afternoon featuring Jessica’s produce. 
All organic, dry farmed is the name of the game
and delicious is always the outcome.

Our menu: 
• Mexican Street Corn Salad
• Spaghetti Squash Inside out Lasagne Casserole
• Fried Shishitos and Padrons with Goat Cheese Dipping Sauce;
• Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce with Pasta
• Fried Green Tomato Stacks with Burrata
• Roasted Rainbow Beans with Garlic, Lemon,
Pecorino and Almond slivers
• Fern’s unbelievable Apple Dumplings
for dessert, a la mode.
Menu is subject to change if snow, blizzard
or we decide to make something else
that is equally yummy.
