BAKING/COOKING WITH TEENS
(ages 13 to 18)
100% hands on.

Monday: 
Chicken Cordon Bleu with Sauce
in Sourdough Bread Round;
Fresh Citrus Salad with candied Macadamia Nuts;
Pan Fried Corn on the Cob with roasted Garlic Bacon Butter;
Caesar Green Bean Salad; 
Mixed fresh Berry Crostata.

Tuesday:
Strawberry Shortcake Ice Box Pie;
Braised Lemon and Artichoke Hearts Chicken;
Hassleback Potatoes;
Roasted Pork Tenderloin
with sauce (teens will decide);
and Fresh Sugar Pea Snap Sauté.

Wednesday:
Choice of my favorite Chocolate Cake, Red Velvet
or Carrot Cake from scratch with frosting choice;
Home made Ice Cream;
Marinated Flank Steak
with Dijon roasted Baby Potatoes
and Buffalo Rock Glazed Chicken Wings.

Menus can change according to class
if there is something they would like to make
instead of what I have offered.

There will be no other children's/teens cooking camps in July
so do sign up for what is posted. 
I look forward to having your children
