Roasted Apple, Pear and Golden Beet Salad
with Ginger Lime Vinaigrette with Goat Cheese
and toasted Pecans;
Rack of Lamb or Lamb Lollipops
encrusted in Pistachio crust
with Pomegranate Honey Drizzle;
Leg of Lamb Tuscan style with fresh Rosemary,
Garlic, Grey Poupon Mustard, Panko, Olive Oil
Braised Lamb Shanks over Garlic smashed Cannellini Beans;
served with easy Dijon crusted Baby Potatoes;
and Basil Lemon Snap Pea Sauté;
and for Dessert? Icebox Cookie Cheesecake!
